When you visit or shop at www.blendtecaustralia.com.au, use Blendtec products or services, use Blendtec applications for mobile, or use software provided by Blendtec in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, “Blendtec Services”),  Blendtec provides the Blendtec Services subject to the Terms of Use.   If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, do not proceed to utilise the Blendtec Services.

Customer Application

You must complete the customer application process before placing any orders.  You warrant that all information and data provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date.  You will promptly notify Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd if there is any change to this information or data.  You must take responsibility for the safekeeping of your username and password, as you are liable if an unauthorised person uses your username and password.  No liability is accepted by Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd for lost or stolen data.

Orders and Payments

Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd accepts payment via PayPal for all orders placed via this website. All orders received by Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd are subject to acceptance in Blendtec’s Australia Pty Ltd sole and absolute discretion. By purchasing products from this website, an agreement exists between you and Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd once Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd accepts the order. Each accepted order is a separate agreement. Upon placing an order on this website, you agree to the warranty as listed on the ordered product/s warranty page. Once the order is accepted by Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd, we will attempt to despatch the order, subject to available inventory within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd will not be liable for delay or failure to ship products. A representatives may contact you via phone or email to confirm shipping address and other details. For assistance with orders or cancellation, call 07 3272 9877. Order status can be obtained by calling Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd Customer Service Centre, on 07 3272 9877, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm (EST) and providing your order number.


Additional Carry In Warranty Information

Your Blendtec Warranty includes a carry-in warranty service. Under the terms of carry-in service, you will be required to deliver your Blendtec Product to an authorised service location for warranty repair.  This service requires you to deliver your Blendtec product for any repair to Blendtec’s designated repair centre at your own expense.  You must pay costs associated with transportation of the product to the service location.  In addition, you are responsible for insuring any product shipped or returned to an authorised service location, and you assume risk of loss during shipping.

  • The warranty period begins on the purchase date recorded on the Tax Invoice issued by any Authorised Blendtec Blender Dealer.
  • You must supply proof of purchase to support your Blendtec warranty claim.
  • Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase enclosed with warranty.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty applies only within the country of purchase.
  • Warranty is not transferrable between end-users.
  • Cosmetic damage and abuse are not included within the warranty.
  • Failure to follow the Installation and Operation Instructions or the Important Safeguards as set out in your Blendtec® Manual included with your purchase may void your warranty.
  • If a defect is caused by misuse, neglect and/or tampering it will void your warranty.
  • DO NOT attempt to do your own repairs or it will VOID your warranty.
  • Repairs or alterations made by persons other than Blendtec authorised service representatives will void the warranty.
  • Use of a domestic product in a commercial environment will void the warranty.
  • Warranty is void on any product where the serial number has been removed.
  • If the warranty claim is not valid, you may incur a labour fee of $88 plus the cost of delivering the Blendtec product back to your shipping address.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES – Blendtec disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a practical purpose, with respect to this machine. Furthermore, Blendtec accepts no responsibility for utility services (power surges, high or low voltage,) improper connections, the accompanying product manual(s) (where supplied) and other written material. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES – Under no circumstance or in any event shall Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, loss of perishables, sanitary condition of machinery, or other pecuniary loss and also including for commercial blenders utilised within a business, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business trade) arising out of the use of or inability to use the equipment, even if Blendtec Australia has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, Blendtec Australia’s entire liability under any provision of this agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for this equipment.

Electronic Communications

When you use any Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd Service, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically.  You consent to receive communication from us electronically.  We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site or through the other Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd Services.  You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

Ownership of Website and Content

Blendtec Australia owns the website and, unless otherwise indicated, owns or is licensed to use all content and other material appearing on the website.  The material on this website is protected by copyright under the laws of Australia and International law and may not be used without written permission by Blendtec.  No trade mark (whether registered or not) that is displayed on this website may be used in any way without the prior written permission of Blendtec or of the relevant trade mark owner.


Graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names included in or made available through any Blendtec Service are trademarks or trade dress of Blendtec in the U.S and other countries.  Blendtec’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Blendtec’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits Blendtec.  All other trademarks not owned by Blendtec that appear in any Blendtec Services are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Blendtec.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon receipt by the carrier.

Product Descriptions

Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd attempts to be as accurate as possible.  However, Blendtec Austraila does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Blendtec Australia Services is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.  If a product offered by Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.  No liability is accepted by Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd.  Specific rights under consumer law exist.


Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on any Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd Services represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. All price quotations are subject to change without notice.  Prices quoted are in Australian dollars and freight charges will be added before your payment is requested on this website.

Governing Law

Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd operates this website from its offices in Australia.  The laws of the State of Queensland govern these Terms of Use and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.  You agree to be responsible for compliance with applicable local laws if you access this website outside of Australia.

Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

Please review our other policies, such as our Privacy Policy, posted on this site.  These policies also govern your use of Blendtec Australia Pty Ltd Services.  We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, privacy policy, and these Terms and Conditions at any time.  If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.

Delivery Policy

This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases. If you require clarification or have any questions please contact our Customer Service Centre on 07 3272 9877 (8.00am to 4.30pm EST Monday to Friday).

Where we deliver?

We will deliver to most addresses within Australia, but do not deliver to international locations. We require a street address for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

When will my order ship?

Generally orders are shipped on the same business day the order is received or the very next business day. However the expectation is all orders are shipped within 3 business days. In out of stock situations we will contact you with details of the expected despatch date.

How are shipping costs determined?

Freight costs are calculated using the total weight, cubic measurement and destination of order.

Freight costs are economical and can be tracked and traced.

You will incur Redelivery / Collection Charges if no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. Refer to the below Q & A, ‘Does the receiver need to sign for the delivery?’

What is the E.T.A on deliveries?

As a guide please refer to the below, we have listed Metro areas and beside each is the number of working days transit time is expected to be.

Brisbane, 4000 – 1 day
Sydney, 2000 – 1 day
ACT, 2600 – 2 days
Melbourne, 3000 – 2 days
Adelaide, 5000 – 3 days
Perth, 6000 – 7 days
Darwin, 0800 – 7 days

We cannot be held liable for unforseen delays in expected transit times. Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary.

Does the receiver need to sign for the delivery?

Yes. The blenders and accessories are very valuable and therefore it is important that the intended receiver is at the delivery address. The courier will not leave the parcel without a signature. If no one is at the nominated delivery address, the courier driver will return the package/s to the closest Courier Depot, the closest Australia Post Office or Australia Post Business Hub. Additional collection or redelivery charges will then be incurred.

Where the Blendtec nominated courier has arrangements with Australia Post for customers to collect unsuccessfully delivered parcels from an Australia Post Office or Hub, the receiver will be left a card advising where to collect from. A redirection and administration fee amounting to $23.50 (incl. GST) will be charged to the original purchaser for all shipments forwarded to an Australia Post Office or Hub.

If there is no arrangement in place between the courier and the local Australia Post Office or Hub, the receiver will be left a card from the courier advising the delivery attempt failed. A second delivery fee, which will amount to the original freight cost plus an admin fee of $5.50 (incl. GST) will be charged to the original purchaser for the second attempt to deliver. Any unsuccessful attempts to deliver thereafter will each incur the same charge as the second delivery fee.

If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours (9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday), we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product/s passes to the customer upon delivery by the courier to the customer’s nominated delivery address.

Return Policy

The rights described in this policy are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protections laws and regulations.

Please note there may be limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for products; however, these limits will always be subject to your statutory rights.

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, so please choose your products carefully.

No claim for credit or damaged goods will be considered unless notification is made in writing within 2 working days from receipt of goods.
